We accept cash, CashApp, and Venmo only. No cards or checks. ATM will NOT be onsite — please plan ahead to avoid trouble.

 Parking

Please park to one side of the road, following road-sign instructions. No parking at the end of the cul-de-sac — cones will be set up; that area is turnaround only. Please be respectful of neighbors, patient, and calm while finding a spot or walking in. It can get hot and humid, and the walk may be long — plan accordingly.

 Loading

If you buy something heavy, you must bring your own muscle to move or load it. We do not help lift, carry, or load purchases.

 Safety

Multiple levels throughout the home with two sets of stairs (front and back) and several landings. Footing changes constantly — watch your step. We are not responsible for any accidents on site. Entering the property means you accept that risk.
